About
I believe it’s important that people can be themselves — no matter where they come from, who they love, or what they believe in.
My name is
Vanessa González Nieves - Alken
" Guiding Women to Hormonal Harmony, Vitality, and Confidence. "
I was born on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico (USA). I have lived in the Netherlands since the age of five, where I completed all my academic education.
Despite having lived here for many years, I’ve never let go of my roots — Spanish and English remain an important part of who I am.
Music, dance, and a vibrant multicultural social life are part of my identity.
My husband is of Surinamese descent, which naturally connects me with this culture as well.
I consider myself a global citizen and welcome women from all backgrounds, religions, and cultures.
Why I Do This Work?
My Journey from Struggle to Purpose
Years of struggling with weight, PMS, and infertility — including seven miscarriages and burnout — taught me deep compassion.
Like many women, I felt unseen by doctors. That pain became my purpose.
I now empower women like you to feel seen, heard, and truly supported.
“Every woman deserves to feel balanced, healthy, and whole.”
My Journey, My Mission
Years of personal challenges shaped my calling. From health struggles to emotional healing, every experience brought me closer to helping other women reclaim their wellbeing.
A Personal
Health Battle
I faced years of PMS, weight issues, and infertility — including seven miscarriages and a difficult IVF journey. These hardships deeply shaped my empathy and purpose.
Empowering Every Woman
Every woman deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. My ultimate goal is to empower you to live in harmony with your body and reclaim your vitality.
From Burnout to Breakthrough
After emotional exhaustion and being unheard by specialists, I found healing through the Care for Women training. I began treating myself — and felt whole again.
Education and Work Experience
I began my career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (Verzorgende IG) and later obtained my nursing degree internally within a hospital. After a few years, I moved to the dialysis department, completing my specialization in 2005.
In 2009, I also earned my diploma as a Diabetes Nurse Specialist. To this day, I still work one day per week on the dialysis ward to maintain my expertise.
As an independent specialized nurse (freelancer), I have worked in various hospitals and clinics. Additionally, I hold a diploma in makeup artistry and work as a beauty consultant.
The Care for Women training aligns perfectly with my medical and holistic background. I have completed courses in holistic wellness, coaching, and prosperity, and I’m continuously focused on personal growth.
" I believe that learning is a lifelong journey. "
